The taste has an almost surprisingly large and intense sweetness. The raisins are present in the taste and are in good balance with the fruit. Subdued tannin and a nice warm finish. It is still "puppy", and I would like to taste it again in 10 years, but until then it is good to use for dishes that require lots of upfront
